A group of Veterinary students from Afyon Kocatepe University in Turkey paid a visit to the Rectorate of the Agricultural University of Tirana, where they were welcomed by the Rector, Fatbardh Sallaku.
The students shared their impressions from their several-day stay in Albania, appreciating the hospitality, the academic experience, and the university environment, and expressed that they are leaving with the best impressions from this experience.
Their visit to the Agricultural University of Tirana was part of a broader academic program, during which the students from Turkey also took part last week in a dedicated lecture on biosafety in veterinary practices with Xhelil Koleci. They also had the opportunity to closely explore the university’s laboratories and modern equipment, gaining first-hand insight into working methods and practical cases related to animal health and food safety.
The meeting at the Rectorate took place in a warm and friendly atmosphere, where the students shared their future plans and expressed their desire to visit the Agricultural University of Tirana and Albania again.
The Agricultural University of Tirana continues to promote the spirit of international cooperation and academic exchange, while further strengthening the ties between students and educational institutions of both countries.
