UBT among the top universities in Southern Europe

Agricultural University of Tirana has been officially ranked #137 in the Southern Europe University Rankings 2025, according to QS World University Rankings, marking a significant achievement for Albanian higher education. This recognition reflects the institution’s academic strength, the quality of its scientific research, and its continued contribution to agriculture, environmental sciences, and the country’s economic development.

Agricultural University of Tirana is ranked in the #601+ band in the QS Europe University Rankings 2025, confirming its positioning within Europe’s academic landscape. At the same time, other international rankings such as Webometrics Ranking of World Universities 2025 place UBT at #4516 globally and #1144 at the continental level, reflecting its academic presence and impact within a broader international context.

These rankings reflect the high quality of the academic programs offered by the Agricultural University of Tirana, its strong commitment to scientific research and innovation, and its fundamental role in educating future experts in the agricultural sector and the life sciences.
