1. Shëndeti dhe mirëqenia e kafshëve – hematologji klinike, ndryshime fiziologjike në kushte të ndryshme mjedisore, dhe menaxhimin e patologjive si kolikat te kuajt.
2. Epidemiologjia dhe kontrolli i parazitëve te kafshët shtëpiake dhe të fermës – studime mbi endo- dhe ektoparazitët tek kuajt, qentë, macet dhe gjedhët.
3. Sëmundjet infektive me rëndësi zoonotike dhe veterinare – kërkime mbi sëmundje me potencial zoonotik në Shqipëri.
4. Vlerësimi i efikasitetit të barnave antiparazitare dhe protokolleve të trajtimit – studime për kontrollin dhe parandalimin e sëmundjeve parazitare.

1. Sëmundjet e Njëthundrakëve dhe Diagnostika Klinike – Dhënie e njohurive dhe aftësive praktike për diagnostikimin dhe trajtimin e sëmundjeve të brendshme te njëthundrakët.
2. Diagnostika Klinike Veterinare – Mësimdhënie e metodave klinike dhe teknikave diagnostike për ekzaminimin dhe vlerësimin e kafshëve.
3. Parandalimi dhe Kontrolli i Sëmundjeve te Njëthundrakët – Mësimdhënie e strategjive për parandalimin efektiv të sëmundjeve dhe kontrollin e tyre te kuajt, për të rritur shëndetin dhe performancën e tyre.
