The Agricultural University of Tirana is conducting a three-day strategic workshop focused on the analysis and modernization of university administration, within the framework of the UBT–BOKU 2030 Project.
The workshop aims to strengthen administrative capacities, improve internal processes, and enhance the quality of services for students and academic staff, drawing on the best European practices and the experience of BOKU University of Vienna.
During the proceedings, representatives of the university administration, academic staff, and partner institutions are discussing concrete reforms aimed at increasing efficiency, transparency, and the quality of university governance.
