The Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DMBN) is part of the Faculty of Agriculture and Environment (FBM) of the Agricultural University of Tirana (UBT) and is located in the University Campus of Kodër Kamëz, about 7 km from the center of Tirana.

DMBN provides contributions in the field of education, research, and environmental expertise. The primary goal of DMBN is "to offer multidisciplinary scientific knowledge to students through undergraduate and postgraduate study programs in the field of the environment." The professional and civic training programs are oriented towards benefiting the environment or towards the vision of sustainable development in compliance with international environmental law and the constitutional principles of the Republic of Albania.
