• Izolimi dhe identifikimi patogjenëve kërpudhorë të pasvjeljes së fruta-perimeve, aplikimi i ekstrakteve bimore dhe vajrave esenciale në pasvjelje për ruajtjen e fruta perimeve.

• Aktiviteti biologjik i ekstrakteve bimore, vajrave esencialë dhe komponimeve natyrale në patogjenët e ushqimeve, insektet dhe nematodat e bimëve, si dhe studimi i vetive antioksidante dhe alelopatike.

• Ndarja, purifikimi dhe identifikimi i komponimeve naturale bimore me anë të teknikave kromatografike dhe spektrometrike.
